Moving parts on windows wear slowly and quietly until they fail. A service visit catches that wear early, when the fix is an adjustment rather than a replacement.
Windows are one of the few parts of a building that are used every day and almost never maintained. Hardware dries out, grit collects in tracks and seals harden in the sun. Each of these makes the next problem more likely: a dry hinge strains the frame, a dirty track wears out rollers, a hard seal lets in water that damages the wall below.
A plan spreads the cost of looking after windows into predictable visits, keeps the same technicians familiar with your building, and means small issues are found while they are still cheap to fix.
Plans run for twelve months so we can schedule visits and hold dates for you. You can change the visit frequency at any point, and the terms for ending a plan early are set out in your agreement.
Yes. We send a reminder before each visit, and you can move it by contacting us. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the date to another customer.
Small adjustments and lubrication are included in the Complete and Commercial plans. Parts and larger repairs are quoted separately, and plan customers get priority booking.
Yes. Commercial plans can cover several sites with one schedule, one contact and one invoice.
