Window Master Pro

Window cleaning

Streak-free glass, clean frames and clear tracks for homes, offices and tall buildings. Purified water, professional tools and a final check on every visit.

What a cleaning visit includes

We clean the whole window, not only the glass. Dirt left in frames and tracks is washed back onto the pane by the next rain, and grit in a sliding track wears rollers and seals.

Before starting we check the condition of glass, seals and hardware, and point out anything that needs attention. We do not use abrasive pads or scrapers on coated or tinted glass.

Cleaning for every kind of building

Shops and offices

Early-morning and after-hours visits so customers see clear shopfronts when you open. Signage glass and entrance doors are cleaned with the same care.

Our cleaning method

A consistent method is what gives a consistent finish. These steps are the same whether we are cleaning a studio flat or a ten-storey office.

01

Inspect and protect

We check glass, seals and fixings, note any existing damage, and lay dust sheets inside.

02

Loosen the dirt

Frames and tracks are brushed and vacuumed, then glass is washed with a mild solution that is safe for seals and coatings.

03

Rinse with purified water

Purified water lifts the remaining residue and dries without leaving mineral spots.

04

Squeegee and detail

Each pane is finished with a professional squeegee and microfibre, edges and corners included.

05

Check together

We walk round with you in daylight and touch up anything you want looked at again.

How often should windows be cleaned?

It depends on traffic, dust, rain and how much the building matters to first impressions. As a starting point:

Homes on busy roads

Every two to three months outside, every three to four months inside.

Quiet residential areas

Every three to four months outside and twice a year inside.

Shopfronts and entrances

Weekly or fortnightly, because customers notice smudges straight away.

Offices and facades

Monthly to quarterly, depending on height, exposure and building use.

Window cleaning questions

No. Purified water has the minerals removed, so it dries clear. Streaks usually come from minerals in tap water or detergent residue, which is why we finish each pane with purified water.

Yes. We use soft tools and non-abrasive solutions that are safe for films and coatings, and we never use metal scrapers on them.

Yes. Post-construction cleaning removes paint, plaster, cement and sealant residue. It takes longer than a normal clean and is quoted separately after we see the glass.

Our technicians use water-fed poles, ladders with stabilisers, platforms or rope access depending on the height. Each method is planned for the building before work starts.
